Plug looks majorly diff from others! Any ideas?

This is my plug one it looks different from all my other plugs . Compression tested all my cylinders. Number 8 was a pain to get connected up! But the good news is that all read at around 190 psi after 3 secs or so of cranking. That is good right?

P.S I ran over a large Dogs corpse(No it wasnt a Camero!). After that my car ran like ya know dog Doo My car still smells like cooked collie's fur !

Hey folks. Maybe found the trouble? Salt and Pepper shaker connectors was hanging down and the wire to cylinder 1 Fuel injector was tight ! Trying to figure out where to put the connectors right now.

There the white and black connectors right between the upper intake and the firewall that look like, well salt and pepper shakers.
