I have a lot of aluminum that's polished under the hood. A while back I heard of a product that people apply after they polish something that is semi-permanent and seals the finish to combat oxidation and corrosion. In theory, this would eliminate the constant maintenance of re-polishing everything weekly in order to keep it nice. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, has anybody used anything similar and what were the results?
