Was $200 in addition to the $169? Assume $75 hour labor, ~3 hours to do it? That seems long. Anyone else?

Educate me, what is the benefit of Poly motor and tranny mounts? Is it something worth doing in a daily driver?

The poly mounts dont flex as much as the stock ones do so your motor doesnt waste power by moving itself instead it puts that power into the drivetrain.
