You tell me.

I bought the car with the R's on it.

17" Cobra R's with 245/45

Or

16" Chrome Pony's (real deal Ford)...I forget the tires but they're summer only

I like the R's....but I'm tired of hearing so many people saying these chrome pony's are so hawt.

Vote plx.

That's a tough call man....i personally HATE chrome so i can't not be biased for the R's simply for that reason. But, like you said before the 17s show the brakes a lot better and look more racey. I'd have to pick the R's, but if Pony R's were an option....

Thanks man...you're a real help.

Yo man....come to that show I mentioned.....you tell me which set to wear?

I really wanna sell the pony's to make me some money to buy tires for the R's.

But I will keep em if I must.

I figure if I can't make 1k for the pony's....I'm better off keeping both sets...possibly one for show.....one for auto-x and stuff.

All I know is I'm not gonna give away a set of brand new high speed tires I can burn

i voted ponies... i'd prefer the 17" Pony Rs if i had to have a chrome pony wheel on a car (who wouldn't) but they're just cool wheels any way you slice em

Always liked the Pony's, but not a fan of chrome- except on a black car. Chrome makes the paint look 4 feet deep.

R's no question. The stance of the car with those 17's looks perfect. Someone will grab those ponys as soon as you advertise them...

That's how I feel about it too! I love the stance on it.

I've had them posted on some local boards and CL without any interest so far. I've been asking $1k for them which seems reasonable to me.

Thanks for the poll Tim!!

Silver Ponies FTW. Chrome Ponies ... meh. Silver R's, good. Chrome R's ... meh.

Sorry, not a fan of chrome. But I'd still take chrome Ponies over any R's. For one, Ponies don't show how many lugs you're running and they look like they belong on there (IMO), whereas if you run R's, you'll never hear the end of all these anal-retentive folks whining, "THOSE ARE 4-LUG COBRA R'S! WAHHHH!!!"

That, and I've never seen the point in having rims bigger than 16". I just can't see the point in spending close to a grand on frickin' tires.
