popping in front end after alignment?

i finished my rack and pinoin/tie rods about two weeks ago and got the car aligned about a week ago. how when i turn the wheel all the way to the right there is popping like i have a bad tie rod, which doesnt make sense cuz i just replaced them. any ideas?

Could it be the tire rubbing (we dont know your wheel/tire combo or ride height)? Rack limiters can help with that.

Are you sure the rack and bushings are tight? In my experience, popping when tuning at full lock is either rack bushings or a strut mount.

i'd say it would be a strut mount...that was an all too common thing at our shop

i have new strut mount bushings but i dont know if they are the right ones cuz saleen used these strange onion shaped bushings ( technical term for those?) and i used the offset rack bushings because of the lowering springs...not sure if this helps
