I am considering pulling my bullitt intake a port matching it. should I pull the heads and do the same? what kind of power from just the intake vs intake and heads?

Technically, port matching is done to both the intake & the head at the same time, hence the "match." Otherwise, it's just porting individual openings. You could do a search over at the Bullitt site, but my guess is a port match on the Bullitt intake won't yield much because it flowed pretty well in stock form.

Now, if you're planning to install a power adder, that's a different answer.

The juice isn't worth the squeeze. The ports are very close and work well. Now if you're wanting to port both the intake and exhaust runners and match the intake to that then you're in the beneficial category.
