So I was looking down at my rear wheels and both of them definitely had some positive toe, at least from the looks of it. Is this normal? When you go out to your car next time, can you check if you have this too?

I would suggest a tape measure and measure from some easy to identify point on the tread on the rear wheels. Measure across the front even with the hub center, then repeat for the rear. I'll be you don't find any toe-in to speak of. It is more likely an optical illusion. The same one that makes a long straight line appear to sag in the middle or on the ends ( an airplane with perfectly straight wings will appear to have wings that "sag" on the tips. The Greek Parthenon was built with a slight upward curve in those long straight runs to make them appear to be perfectly straight rather than sagging...

When you think about the mechanics involved, significant toe-in would be very difficult to pull off. The axles would have to enter the differential carrier at an angle to make this happen...

Yeah you're right. I don't have any abnormal tire wear so it's gotta be an optical illusion.
