05 mustang gt here runs perfect and clutch pedal engagement feels perfect untill turn on the AC. Basically when it gets really hot out here i have the AC going but the clutch enganent its just different. Almost feels like it wants stall with AC on. Ive cleaned the throttle body and MAF wich cured the weird idle when AC on. The compressor clutch would engage on and off every few seconds but i checked the freon level with those gauges on the freon can and its where it should be. AC blows cold but its just not smooth sailing with the AC. Almost becomes a drag taking off in first gear almost feels lile the compressor is putting a load on the engine or something any thoughts fellas?
