Possible bad pcm? Stumped

hi stang net folks
I’m a owner of a 17 Gt and the current issue holder a 2012 Gt with a 3-1-1 build.

So my 2012 is running like crap, and I was originally getting a p0365 code. I run and swap the cam sensor for intake and exhaust on passenger side. No fix!! Reset kam also.

And then proceeded to replace both vct sensors under the valve cover on passenger side.

Now I’m getting p0365 p0369 p1639

So is my pcm toast? Considering the 1639 code. Anyone with similar experience
