1991 mustang gt 5.0 block

331 stroker kit
victor jr aluminum heads
trick flow R series intake
X303 cam
75mm eddelbrock throttlebody/matching mass air meter
30 OR 39lb injectors
WITH A TUNE


What would you guys guess possible HP area would be with this build?
(my buddy's 331 with gt40 heads and gt40 intake, TFS1 cam, 30lb inj, made 294rwhp on a dyno, not a dynojet)

just watched a similar build make like 320/322 at my local mustang dyno.

what compression? what size exhaust?, this along with a different cam choice could mean the difference in 320 rwhp and 370 rwhp.

Id scratch the X cam idea, doesnt make sense on that setup. But Compression ratio, pump or race gas all play a factor. But 350 rwhp is my guess!

You definitely need more cam, but i'm gonna say in the neighborhood of 350hp. My buddy's 347 with Victor Jr heads, an Ed Curtis cam (240 duration, 580/630 lift), 11.3:1 CR, Systemax intake and all the typical supporting parts made 385/399.
