I finally got the new tranny in ,it is a lot of fun to drive ,except for a light rattle in the passenger quarter i still have to find there hasnt been any problems . A buddy is going to evap and charge the AC today and it will be good to go ! Gave it a good scrubbing this morning ,that red attracts all kinds of bugs ,it was covered with them !
Man, I got something like that going on too! Let me know what you find out. Looking good though!

It sounds like a wire or a cable ,but there should be nothing in there . I have to pull the carpet in the trunk and probably the back seat and side panel . Doesnt do it all the time but it is annoying when it does .
Got the AC recharged yesterday so now i have cold air so should be a lot more fun to drive
My rear rims and tires are aftermarket, came with the car. Monstrous 305 Nittos on there. I couldn't even get my finger behind it in most spots, so I put some 1/4" spacers I had laying around on them, and voila, the noises went away! Must have been rubbing on something, though it seemed vibration related, but would get worse when turning sharp too and slower speeds in neighborhood.

Looks like i will be picking this up tomorrow ,its a 2006 GT ,factory black with black and red interior . The guy blew the tranny but i have one here ,its a bit rough but i have everything here to fix that .

It's a centri, not a turbo
But it's Vortech's V3 HO kit; biggest one I could get that wouldn't require a rebuild...that's coming later.Similar threads
