Post Warranty Solutions and Problems

Ive got a very bad one!! I got my 2006 GT through the Military Overseas New Car Sales dealer on base and I have had all kinds of problems with the gas tank issue that is very well known throughout the 05/06 community. well i took it to the only place that does warranty work over here in the UK and they told me to suck it up because i already have the "new" gas tank that is supposed to fix that issue.. I was like WTF! apparently ford wont authorize them to fit a new tank because my GT was built in september 05 and fitting a new tank wont fix the problem....
I read in a new MM&FF about warrenty issues. Pick it up its got alot of nice info. Now with laws in america theres is a law "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act of 1975". Im not going to qoute it, but if you fix it or buy an aftermarket tank to fix the problem ford has to pay for it. Now your in the UK so that act doesnt apply to you and I dont know what to do.
If you look in your ford warrenty booklet it tells you what to do if your not satisfyed.
1. Contact your sales Representative or Service Advisor at your selling/servicing authorized dealer.
2. If your inquiry or concern remains unresolved, contact the sales Manager, Service Manager, or Customer Relations Manager.
3. If you require assistance or clarification on Ford Motor Company Policy or procedures, please contact the Ford Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673 (FORD)
The next step is to use the Dispute Settlement Board or DSB for short.
After that it goes on to a full-blown suit after an unsatisfactory DSB outcome.

Warranty Issues: Problem with Shaker 1000 skipping and fast forwarding songs a couple of minutes when c.d. was inserted.
Solution: #1. Ford replaced it once, forget to remove the c.d.s, now have to wait for it to come back from the factory to get c.d.s#2. Tech forgot to program the c.d. player with right program, had no lights to player. Fixed it today.
Problem #2: Clunking sound from front suspension when going over rough roads after Ford wheel alignment.
Solution: Nothing!!. Ford tighten all bolts but same problem. Have no clue on this one.
To sum it all up. My dealer really, really sucks.

ford already has a tsb on the front end.if you go back thru here you'll find it.they fix it free.
