So I see you finally got your wheels on.

Looks nice.

But not as good s mne, sorry.
:p

Yeah, I've had them on for maybe 3 months now.. Just never posted up. :p And I'm sure your car appreciates your love :SNSign:

As far as the people preferring the Black or Silver wheels on my car, it's about a 1 out of every 3 people like the silvers better, and the other 2 thirds like the black. I like both. :nice:

a couple new pics of mine after a day of detailing yesterday (used Chemical Guys Hardcore 3X Carnuba wax...very good stuff!)

Should have new pics next week with the H&R spacers on the rear :nice:

Your car always looks kick ass. Do you really need spacers in the rear? It looks like the Y2K Cobras fill up the fender good already.

car looks great! whats the 467 stand for?

it's the cobra build number, I just put it on the bumper there for a little saleen flavor. As far as the spacers, I just want the rear wheels to match how far out the front wheels are, which are flush...the rears sit in about an inch. You might say I am very picky about some things lol.

And thanks for the comments guys.:flag:

When I had the 2000 Cobra R wheelsI wanted to do the same thing, just sold them before I ever got around to it. Car still looks sick Dan!

How much are you going? Shouldn't need much huh?

Thanks Tom, I'm gettin the 25mm (1") spacers. They should look pretty good. Now I just need to find a body shop to roll my rear fenders...the chance of flaking the paint off the outside of the fender scares me too much so I am gonna leave it to a professional lol.

Dan- Do you think and inch might be too much. When they where on my car I think I figured on about like half inch would due. May just be production tolerance differences or my memory failing me. Either way, don't forget the pics.

1 inch should be exactly where you should go, Dan...and definitely include pics

The UPS man dropped them off today, but I didn't have any time to put them on tonight. I'll probably put them on tomorrow for a test fit, just to satisfy my curiousity of how it'll look...I too wasn't sure about whether an inch would be too much. Then they'll come right back off till I get an appointment at the body shop to get the fenders rolled (I WILL NOT risk slicing my tires!). I also have another little surprise coming sometime next week...it'll be a secret till then
