Power seat motors?

I was wondering if anyone has instructions on how to pull the motors off a power seat track? I have gotten the up/down motor off, and now I'm looking to pull out the forward/reverse motor. This one seems to have been set into the tracks in an even more difficult manner. Has anyone pulled it? I had a request for mine off my broken tracks, but I don't know how to get it off (the tracks, that is). These are tracks from a 95gt, which are supposedly the same tracks 92-04 from what I heard at the dealer.

Ya I was going to look at the seat tomorrow and try to figure out how they come out, it sucks it looks like it might be hard
