Power seat track...

Maybe this is a stupid question but...
My power seat seems to be struggling lately. Is there any cheap fixes? Is the track dirty? Is my motor going out? If anybody has any pointers, thanks in advance!

Prolly motors need to be replaced or a combo of tracks old & rusty and weak/worn out motors. It happened to me also, so I just replaced the entire track, motors and all. Cost was like $150 from Down's Ford.
