So I bought Four new p/s hoses. One of the hoses connects on top of the p/s ram and for the life of me I can't get a wrench on it due to the angle!!! Keep hitting the unibody 'frame'. I bought a shorty 5/8 open end wrench, but that's not working either. It looks like I may have to drop the ram from the suspension. Trying to avoid that if at all possible. Anyone have any helpful hints???? Much appreciated!

Don't mean to point out the obvious, but something that could be easily overlooked - did you try turning the steering wheel all the way in one direction? This will relocate the ram and you should be abel to get a wrench on the hose with plenty of room. I just replaced all mine recently as well. Make sure you don't get the 2 hoses crossed on the ram. If you do, you will know it about 30 seconds after you start the car and fluid begins to circulate. Good luck.
