Find you a 4 cyl with power windows & locks. Get the window regulators, window motors, door wiring, door panels, armrests including switches, the power window/lock wiring under the dash from door to door, and the circuit breaker for the fuse box. Get aftermarket lock actuators for the locks, don't bother with the Ford garbage. If you try to buy it all new, forget about it. You'd spend probably $500 on it all. You should get all these parts for much less used.
It is not too hard to change and I would definitely just swap the parts as opposed to whole doors unless you need new doors or are getting it painted. It took me probably about 5 or 6 hours total to swap the power stuff over. You drill out the rivets in the door, replace the manual regulators with the power ones, bolting or riveting them in place. Attach the motors, run the wiring, hook up the locks, install the door panels and armrests, plug it into the main harness under the dash, install the breaker, and it should work. LMK if you need more info.
