I'm fed up with a few things but the icing on the cake is that the acc belt doesn't fit. I'd have to spend more money and buy a bigger PS pulley and a smaller water pump pulley and then try another belt. Also the fact that I absolutely HATE how tight everything is. Overall the install isnt too bad. I just want to go back to my original plan of a 342/347 stroker. Let me know if anyones interested.

Money talks

I would use either a ported TW head, a TFS hi port or a victor jr. Which ever is more cost effective. I'm leading towards the hi ports.

What about the "R" head My car does marginally well with them
Mike.

FWIW, I've had thoughts of a small turbo setup for the 418 Something must be wrong with me

Dont know if the money tree will ever grow enough new braches to support that though

$2377.50 for it all. Make a reasonable offer since it still is new

Im interested in the blower. I'm nor sure nof the changes I need to make to install it thought. I have a 347 w/ 10.7 compression and heard that I need to lower it?

god 10.7 is way too much to boost. I believe the optimal compression ratio is around 9 or under to boost, although people may boost higher compression motors. As far as I know, all you, at this point, could do to raise compression would be to get some thick head gaskets, and I don't even think that would be enough. Alternatively, you'd have to get new heads and/or dished pistons. I do not, nor do I claim to know everything, so someone let us know if I'm wrong.

Green92LX: Couldn't you just try different size belts? Surely you can find one that will fit w/o changing pulley's out.
