PowerDyne?

You might have better luck in the poweradders/superchargers forum. I've got a Powerdyne on mine and I've had no issues with it. Spools up quickly and quietly, no need to tap the oil pan for plumbing, and simple to install. The earlier Powerdyne's had issues with the internal belt breaking, but that issue has been resolved and as long as you don't try to put a larger pulley on a smaller head unit (for example, 11lb pulley on a 6lb blower) you'll be fine. Necessary addtions would include :bypass valve, ignition system, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, larger fuel pump, cooler & spark plugs. Can't help you on the intercooler question though.....

wouldn't that be putting on a smaller pulley? i thought to increase the psi u would put on a smaller pulley....

in addition to his list, fuel injectors...
please excuse my verbage. Yes indeed, a larger lb. pulley would be a smaller pulley. Hey, I'm from IN, you're lucky I knew what Powerdyne meant....

All powerdyne BD- 11a supercharger heads are the same. weather it is a 6psi pulley or 11psi pulley. The BD-11a has a maximum impeller speed of about 44000 rpms before you reach the limits of the head unit. I have a 6psi pulley on mine and with the 4" power pipe i made it makes 8lbs of boost at 6000 rpms. I am sending it back to powerdyne to put a 9psi pulley on. if i have them do it i will keep the full warranty. check my sig for mods and times
