well i bought a powertrax locker on the stangnet classifieds back a couple months ago.i sold the locker to a friend of mine that blew the spider gears in his car and when he went to put it in,there was a problem..ok he said that he got all the parts put in and there was like an inch gap in the middle,so much of a gap that the springs would just fall out.did he install it wrong or what,i have never put one in so i wasnt much help to him..anyhow now he wants his money back,which he isnt getting but thats beside the point,because he says that it wont work.if there is anyone on here that has ever installed a powertrax please chime in and let me know what he couldve done wrong.are there any spacers that go on each side?could it possibly be for a 7.5 rearend or do they even make them for a 7.5? sorry about the long post but if anyone can help me out i would really appriciate it:SNSign:
