Pre Order Kenne Bell Question

I am currently filling out my paper work to order my 2.1L SC however Kenne Bell ask that you fill out a pre order data sheet. The first 2 pages no big deal, on page three they ask for the following information from the car and I am not sure where to find it???

1. Catch Code
2. Calibration Number

When I ordered my 1.7L, my form had suggestions on it as to where to find some of this information. Doesn't yours give you suggestions? One of mine said to look for one piece of data on the drivers inner door panel or possibly the passenger
door panel. If not, call KB and ask. They might be able to tell you where to look.
Later I believe for mine they said some of this information was no longer needed
to be filled in. I think I called them and asked something and that's what they
told me. Good luck.

white label on the ECM itself behind the pass side kick panel , the catch code will be

XXX-12A650-XXX , or possibly XXX-12A650-XX

the X's are representing other numbers or letters , but it will have that 12A650 in the middle

the calibration code will be the biggest 4 digit number you see on the label in bold print

That is tha same answer I just got from KB. Can't wait to get it in. I will be running 11PSI.

My girlfriends showed up yesterday , going to put it on week after next , shes gonna run the 9lbs kit on her 04 GT auto (anniversary addition crimson red) , it should be pretty nasty , she got that , baer brake kit for the front and flowmaster american thunder catback all at once .

You'd better be running forged internals, or hope you don't run it hard with a bad batch of fuel.......and get yourself a really spot on (conservative) tune too.

11psi at 6000 feet = 9psi. So no beg deal until I run below 3500 feet and that takes me 3 hour drive before I can get to that level.

Don't forget to mention them if you have different rear end gear ratio, so they can program the chip accordingly as well...

IMHO I would HIGHLY recomend that you buy the tuning kit and let a local tuner supply the injectors/maf/tune, etc. I gave that info to the Dorks at KB (and followed it up with 2 phone calls) and they still sent me a chip without a program. This in turn caused the processor to not only deny the chip but it killed the processor as well. All KB could say was, duhhh.. send the processor to us,..man. Like I had 2 weeks to wait on them?, all I wanted was what I payed for to begin with.

Very interesting, Thanks you very much for the heads up. I do have my Diablo Predator, but the guy that dyno tunes aroung here is not a Diablo shop....

According to Racerelated, there is a program out there that will allow Diablo to overwrite an SCT, so I'm sure that there's a program out there that would do the opposite. I had them overwrite their Diablo program into my blank SCT that KB gave me, this way I would have a spare. Also the Racerelated guys tuned the car exactly the way I wanted it and I test drove it between sessions. That's something that can't be done 2500 miles away.
