Predator Tuner

Hi guys, I don't own a V6 but my gf does so I'm sort've asking this question for her...

I have a Diablosport Predator that I was using on my Bullitt but needed a custom tune when I installed my long tubes so the Predator "Tune" came off.


My gf has a 2001 Auto V6 that is basically stock with the execption of a K&N filter and a dual flowmaster exhaust. We'd like to put the Predator on her car for kicks and giggles just to see how much of a difference it would make.

Other than just uploading the canned predator tune, what other parameters are useful to adjust on the V6 stang? (ex, on the Bullitt I played around with the WOT fuel and maxed out the spark advance)

All of those but I would not trust it without dyno the a/f and makign sure it is all good. You don't want to play with it and blow it up for giggles do you?

Wow...so the V6 needs a tune just to adjust the spark safely?

Would it be okay to just use the canned Predator tune and stiffen up the shifts without dynoing the car?

The predator that you used on your bullitt, will work on the V6. It will work on the V6, GT, Bullitt, and Mach 1.
