Predator will not recalibrate speedo. Need Help!

I recently bought a 2001 Mustang Bullitt with 3.73 gears installed in it. I have a Predator handheld that came with the ATI Procharger kit and it will not recalibrate the speedo even though it says it does when I modify and install the tune. I have also tried changing the tire revolutions per mile setting also and it doesnt do anything either. Is this a common problem with these programmers? What do I need to do to get it fixed?

you go into the tune. modify the paramerters you want. make sure you save them. when you are in the tune any modifed parameters will have an * by them.

then load the tune.

if it is just gears you change the axle ratio. if it is tire size you change the revs per mile.

if you have stock tire hieght (245/45-17) 2700rpm will be 55mph in 4th gear.

If this does not work I don't know what to tell you. I would call diablo. what does you speedo say at 2700rpm in 4th?

I have tried that several times and it does not work. The speedo is off by about 10 mph at 65 mph. So when it says I am going 75 I am really only going 65. I havent checked it at 2700 in 4th. I will do that tomorrow on my way to work.

The speedometer reads 62 mph at 2700 rpm in 4th gear.

They have a bug with one of the tunes. Call Diablosport, or search/post on their support forum on ModularFords.com.

I got hit with this same bug. Damned Predator. Now I have to go buy a cpu cable and send them my tune to have it edited.
