predator wont recalibrate my speed-o

I have a 2003 GT with 275/35/18's and my predator will not calibrate my speed-o. The version is r50c. I went in to change the tire revs per mile as stated in the manual and it did not change anythig. I even went several steps in both directions, Still the same result. Help.
It did work for my gear swap though.

I knew there was a problem with '04s. I assume it's just a gear change and no power tune. Diablo tech said to ship factory tune to them and they will fix. I did not buy it because I didn't want to buy an expensive item that had to be fixed by the manufacturer before I could use it.
