Well everyone, I'm switching to my LA3 that I have from a junkyard and solve my problems. It won't be hard since I already have the bigger VAF sensor on there so all I need to do is add the ACT sensor. Thanks for the help

Good luck on the LA3 swap and I pray that is what was causeing you greef besides me The Act needs to be between the motor and the IC I think. So if you got a FMIC its pretty simple to do but if your using a SVO/TC IC you will need to drill a hole in the lower intake for a ACT sensor. Now you can use a 88' TC lower intake and change some things up on it like the wate temp sensor. I got a link on this somewhere if you want me to post it.
P.S. All SVOs Vams are large and wouldn't cause a problem with useing a PJ eec. Unless one of the two was malfunctioning on you. If so you should get a code for it on a "Key off" "Key on" test.
