How much pressure does it take to press the pins out. I'm working of a 1970 302 with stock pistons. I've purchased a set of flat top and wang to set them up better than Ford did. The pins were not all centered, some were some way off center. I can't believe that they moved during the 90,000 miles. I've made a jig like the Ford manual shows and tried using a bridgeport mill HiLo vice but they won't even budge. The manual shows a hydraulic arbor press but what size do I need, a 6 ton, a 20 ton what.
