I got my Recaros through a group purchase here at Stangnet a couple years ago now. The vendor was On-Track Performance Solutions (http://www.recaro-seats.com/) The price seemed fair at the group purchase rate, and the seats came delivered with all the correct adapters, fasteners, and hardware for my Mustang. The seats weren't particularly cheap nor did they arrive particularly quickly, but the order was complete, correct, the seats fit beautifully, and it and made a huge improvement in the car.
I can't really say if they were the "best price" though. Recaro doesn't have very many outlets and their products are generally sold at premium prices no matter who you go through.
