Pro 5.0 in

Got my pro 5.0 shifter yesterday and put it in last night and dang this thing is AWESOME. To bad i can't really try it out cuz it's snowing here. Only problem is my stock Cobra shift knob has it's threads worn so it will not screw on facing the correct way. It screws on an extra 1/2 turn so it faces backwards . Anyone know where i can get a new Cobra shift knob? or maybe one that looks like 2003 cobra shift knob but with the 5 speed imprint on it?

I had that problem and just inserted a faucet washer into the knob so it wouldn't screw in as far. Problem solved.

well, I use RTV for everything... so I put some in the far inside of my knob... and just screwed it where I wanted... kinda a paint to remove, but fine after that...

-hey, if you end up getting a new knob, I'll take your old one... assuming it's in good condition, and it's the leather cobra 5spd knob...
