All right before i begin lets just say that i have searched. I got all of my bolts off except the passenger side header bolt closest to the control arm and starter. i broke two swivel adapters and can't break the Da**    thing loose. I have tried breaker bars the bolt is covered in liquid wrench (which works better that WD-40) i don't have a f-ing clue why all the other bolts came out fine except this one.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Its a 03 auto btw.

The passenger side header gets so hot that it melts the nuts on there. Your gonna have to get a torch and heat them up and they will come off.

Oh you need to reuse the factory metal header gasket or else your gonna be doing this agian when other one falls apart.

i had the same damn issue. thought i could swap out the stock one for the pro chamber one night after work. needless to say, i had to call in the next day and have a friend come help me.

its a B**** to get off. i think ended up using a swivel, ext and a breaker bar. man, it was worth it though.

putting the pro chamber in will be easier. you'll have tons more room with out all those damn cats in the way.

did you pick up o2 ext's and or mils?

did you disconnect your batt?

That bolt is a bitch. I had to take mine to a muffler shop to get that bolt off with air tools and drive home with open headers. Luckily, the shop didn't charge me. After that, my install went smooth.

04gtdrop i ended up getting everything from partshopper.com and that included mil eliminators from dallas mustang. I even have that all done and nylon strapped out of the way. If it wasn't for that bolt i would have been done in about 2 hours tops, things were cruising right along. I am going to buy an impact rated swivel and see if can break that. I feel kinda stupid getting stuck :owned: by one 15mm bolt.

the worst thing is that I have a burnout contest to go to and a fun run at a drag strip along with a car cruise all friday and Saturday.

spray it with PB Blaster or liquid wrench. Let it set overnight. You will need a large breaker bar to get enough leverage on it.
Keep at it, you'll get it and the Mac Pro-Chamber is a great mod.

I was able to get it to my shop and ended up using a 24" extension and a 24" breaker but that t PITA came off. I did end up getting it all off and installed this afternoon. AAAANNNNDDD before anyone says anything here is the vid link.

The sound does not do it justice. The magnaflow is a great system but it was like nothing I expected. It had a small lope at idle now and above 3k it pulls a real SOTP Difference.
