Pro M install?

I have come upon a 75mm pro-m for dirt cheap. It was intended for a 96 explorer, with a 5.0 swap but the truck has been sold. With my mods (in my sig) am i going to see any benefit from installing it right now? It is calibrated for 19lb injectors.

It's the bullet one, i may have misquoted the size. I may pick it up anyway since a Vortech s-trim is the next mod with bigger injectors. I can get it recalibrated with Granatelli, right?
