I thought this kit looked pretty cool after reading about it in 5.0 magazine. Looks a lot better, not sure if I can feel any real power increase though. I put in a Pro-M filter instead of the K&N in the magazine. Pretty tight fit, but at least no oil to deal with.

This is the same kit (MRT StreetSmart Cold Air System #80) that I plan to install. First I wanted to install the 75 mm Accufab throttle body and plenum. Since that is complete, I am ready to start pricing the StreetSmart System. I've seen it advertised for $494.70, which includes the cold air intake kit and the Pro-M 80 mm MAF. Have you seen better prices?

I used the stock MAF and it was $237 which included the filter.

I've never seen an engine that clean!! Do you drive your car or is it a show car. OR should I ask, what do you clean the engine with?

I have never cleaned it . I acutally bought it in January, maybe the dealer blasted it clean. It is a 2001 with 12,000 miles on it so it has been in a garage most of its life. I don't drive it to work, only on the weekends for fun .
