Been having some cooling issues with my 347, so i was hookin up some Autometer gauges today and checking temps w/a infared gun. The middle of my rad. was 50deg. hotter than the bottom(clogged??) i will do a flush. I liked playing w/the gun so i scanned all kinds of stuff, like my headers. They read #1 #5 250-270 #2 #6 280-310 #3 #4 #7 320-360 and # 8 was 480-512 havent pulled a plug yet to look, but what do you guys think ????? I have a few ideas but i would really like some StangNet advice.

well i'm no expert, but as for the radiator i'd think the top to middle would be hoter than the bottom because by the time it gets to the bottom it's been cooled off.....
if it runs ok, doe'snt over heat, i would'nt stress on it. as for the number 8 cylinder being hotter thats anyones guess, the header could be hotter due to location, maybe it's hotter because of where it is in the coolant flow.........just some ideas.
