Problem? - Engine Bay Bolt Removal

Apparently it is a 7/16x14 thread and a 4.5 inch length. Because it is a flange bolt it is impossible to find by itself except in bright copper color.

You want me to dig through my bolt box or are you going to home depo it?

I got a close match at tractor supply. It isnt a flanged bolt so I need to locate a washer that matches.
