Problem loading tunes on my predator

So I just set up my laptop with the three tunes I just got from Bamachips. I loaded up the files onto my Predator and thats it....The predator excepted the tunes and saif they were ok but when I went to install them in my stang I got a custome tune error 1.9.3.1

I have an email into bamachips but i just wanted to see what you guys thought

i currently have the same problem but with my x cal 2, also the tunes are from bamachips.

i called SCt and they said it is the actual tuner, i might have to send it in to them to get fixed. imma take it to a sct tuner and see if they can fix it but if not, im going to have to ante up the 65 bucks to SCT.

I called Diablo Sports and they confirmed the error code was in regard to the custom tune files. The customer service rep also said that this for some reason has been a common problem lately with Bama chips. I have no clue if this statement is accurate, I have only heard really good things about Bama-Chips. I have sent an email to doug @ Bama so I guess I will wait and see, damn I was so excited about his tunes....

I just bought a used Predator and was all set to contact Bama next week.

Please keep us informed about this situation ......
