Problem shifting...

I've been having problems with going from 1st to 2nd gear. A lot of times when i try to shift before i can get into 2nd it grinds. I thought i was doing something wrong but i drive other mustangs at work and i never run into the same problem. Now today when I was driving to the store i had the clutch pushed all the way down and i went to move into 2nd and it grinded again. I have no idea what is causing this. Its been happening more and more often and its really annoying. Any ideas what it may be? Thanks-Kyle

mine did the same thing for about 6months then it got to where it would pop right back out of 2nd when i let out on the clutch i had to have my trans rebuilt
