Well turns out it was the alternator itself causing my massive voltage spike. I put my DVOM on it and it read 20v so when I took the alternator out to give it another inspection. I foud there are 2 solid wires that go from the stator to the rotor and one was broken. So they where touching at idle, but I guess anywhere after 4000 RPM they would seperate and cause an arch that would create a massive voltage spike. So I replaced the alternator with a 130 amp (upgraded from the 110 amp) And now I turn the A/c on and the car doesnt drop rpm's anymore and I can run it full with the system maxxed and the needle on the dash doesnt budge
( I took the old regulator which was still good and the brushes out of the old one, so i have some spare parts jic
