Ok seems pretty simple right 2 bolts in the front of the seat, 2 in the back. The Front bolts came out fine w/ no trouble, the rear ones wont budge at all, I mean Im reafing on them and there not budging ( I tried turning them both ways ) and there not moving in either direction, are they just rusted in place or do you have any ideas on why there not budging?

The rear bolts go through the floor pan and are exposed underneath the car. Since you're in Maine, I bet you have a lot of rust under your car. Even here in California, I ger some surface rust on my bolts, and they can be tight.

Be careful that they're not rusted through, or you won't be able to put the bolts back in.

had same problem, used a pipe on the breaker bar, one came out ok, second one broke off and i had to use wisegrips and a torch to take it out, and replaced with a new one.
they rust like theres no tomorrow, break them if u have to, but soak them in wd-40 and give it some time to soak.

they stick out a lot on the bottom so its easy to take them out if they brake.

:OT: WD-40 sucks!!!!!!!!! I'll never use that ***** ever again. Go pick up some PB Blaster, spray a bolt thats rusted on worse that another with that stuff, then spray the less rusted bolt with WD-40... I gurantee you the PB blaster will make the bolt come out 50 times easier than that WD-40 ***** :OT:

Use an impact wrench :D takes them right out.

Im using GUNK Liquid wrench, the stuff seems to work pretty good. It worked for getting one of the bolts out that was stuck when getting my bumper off. I just went in the garage and sprayed the top of the bolt really well and the bottom of it really well where it comes through the floor pan, Im going to let it soak over night. I dont care if the stuff gets all over the carpeting by the bolt b/c its all being taken out anyway, thats the whole point of getting the seats out.

There not rusted through but its rusted pretty damn good. Previosly the car has seen snow and salt back before the major modding began so I do have some pretty rusty bolts that are very stubborn, the body is in sound shape but my biggest fear about working on the car is snaping bolts

Forget the wd and the liquid wrench. Go get a bottle of PB Blaster. That stuff is amazing. Used to use it on my 4-wheeler all the time of hard bolts.

I'll pick some up since Im just about out of Liquid wrench. As for the stuck rear bolts there all out now and both font seats are out.

Thanks for the help you offered on my front bumper, I did get it off yesterday.
