Problem With A/C

The a/c in my 2000 isn't working right, the a/c and all of the hvac controls only work when it is put all the way on full blast. I put a new radio and shifter bezel in yesterday but can't see how i could have messed it up? Any help would be great, thanks.

The fan will not blow on any speed other than full blast??????

Is the compressor turning on?

Evap lines getting cold?
