Here's a little about the car before I get into it. It has a 4.6L with a vortech sq supercharger(10lbs of boost on the gauge), C&L Intake Plenum, Accufab Throttle Body, VT Engine Supercharger Cams, Magnaflow cat-back, Bassani O/R X-Pipe, AFM Powerpipe, and a bunch more mods.

Now the problem.
Adam (HxCSxEKiD) and I went down to Razors Edge to have my car dyno tuned(Mustang Dynometer). We get there let the car cool off, and then he puts a basic supercharge tune on the chip, straps it on the dyno and does a pull from 55mph to 85mph. It puts down 312hp and 398ft. lbs of torque. Then the guy throws a little more fuel at it and a little more timing. He does another pull and it starts to go a little lean and lets out of it. It put down 313.8hp and 402ft. lbs of torque. This is when I smell a little coolant. I'm thinking the head gasket is going. So I watch the exhaust on the next pull and no white smoke. We got the same results as before. This time the coolant smell is stronger so I quickly go to the front after the pull and see if the cooling system has pressure in it and it does not. I look under the car and theres nothing there.

So this time the tuner feels comfortable with the tune after he added a little more fuel. SO we are going to do a run from 2000 all the way up to 5800rpm. He gets into it and it pulls hard all the way up to 4200rpm and then drops off to nothin. He lets out of it real fast and shuts it down. This time the coolant smell is alot stonger. We then decide to look at the oil again and pull a plug. Nothing in the oil, but the plug we pulled had a melted electrode(passenger side by the firewall)so we pull all of them and 3 out 8 had melted electrodes.

We then notice coolant under the middle of the car. Adam rolls under the car and sees coolant coming down the back side of the motor by the tranny. We take a short time to replace all the plugs and put in some fresh Autolite AR93's(35 gap) instead of Motorcraft 22C's. We can't see were the coolant is coming from except for the big puddle under the intake in the valley of the engine. We then decide to call it a day because we have a 3 hour drive home and it's not leaking that bad.

We figured we cracked the intake, so the next day we pull the intake off. No visual signs of a cracked anything anywhere. Now we did a compression test and all the cylinders pull a good pressure. So now we are starting to lean towards the intake manifold gasket leaking.

Anybody have any similar problems with there car or any advice on anything to check? Has anyone had a intake gasket go bad or not seal good, because it's only hard boost when the coolant seems to leak.
