Problems with DarkBlue theme?

For about a week now the DarkBlue display theme here on Stangnet has been messing up occasionally. Happens on both my home and work PC's. Doesn't happen on any other forums. Take a look at how all the text on the screen gets underlined and some of the borders between posts are messed up. Refreshing the page will fix the problem most of the time.
