Ever since I installed my catback I have noticed more rattling and popping sounds. First, everytime I accelerate hard I can hear this rattling in the dash somewhere, and no I am not pinging. I use the right octane and always use the same gas from the same place. I also hear vibrations sometimes at the back of my car. I was going to get under it today to see if there is something loose. Anyone else experienced these types of problems? Any suggestions what to look for? I know that my exhaust is a lot louder now, so maybe its just reverberating and causing random things to vibrate.

You likely have a loose connection, loose hanger, or your install is not proper and is causing some contact/rubbing issues with the undercarriage.

Be meticulous and get under there to see where it might be loose/rubbing.

Get under the car and check the pipes for signs of rubbing or contact. My passenger side tailpipe was hitting the axle before it goes over. Just loosen up the connections and move it around until its out of the way. Then loctite the bolts.

Yeah I got the magnapacks as well and ever since I had them installed, it's brought out the rattling. I know my left rear interior panel needs to be tightened or something and something behind my center ac vents is rattling. usually my music is up so loud i dont hear any of it lol
