Now, if only my dash pad, carpet, pillar pad and knee pad, and my fricking headliner would get here.....i mean, it takes 4 fricking days just to get from Cali to Hawaii!!!!????? so far, with fedex tracking, it has been through 3 different fedex depots, in the SAME STATE!!!!!!! Maybe someone could explain to me why they do this. If it was coming from, like the east coast, then thats understandable, but 3 depots in the same state? and the boxes arent even on the plane to hawaii yet!!!!! and It takes like 5 hours to get to hawaii!!!!!!!
Thats why you hardly see any people in hawaii restoring cars.....the shipping will kill you!

I ordered something form California once and it flew over my house 4 times and passes it by three times on a truck on the I40, 15 miles away before arriving. Once it arrived, I told the guy that delivered it that I was glad it did not have a 12000-mile warranty because it would have already expired.66Runt said:

No way in hell could that be managed by just one depot stop. That is why shipping is so expensive. It's labor intensive to beat the crap out of those boxes.
