Prochager on a 01 gt

i am haveing the motor torn apart and rebuilt...or i have had that done... it is on its way back....i have a chance to get the PRICHARGER P1-SC with the 3 core intercooler for 2500 with everything i need on it.. Can it be upgraded to the F1 or is the D1 as far as it goes....Right now i am at 269 rwhp and 310 rwtq i want to push 8-12psi in the gt but want to know the cost to upgrade.. let me know k thanks...oh yeah how hard is it to install them????

The P1 can only be upgraded to a D1 and I would highly recommend that you do so before even putting the P1 on the car. Youv'e got a built motor, take advantage of what the D1 can do. Most quotes for the D1 upgrade you'll find will be in the $1000 range and it's not "hard" to install but it's a time consuming mother for sure. Good luck.

prochargers are cool. friend has it on his 02gt with intercooler pushing 10psi w/SCT chip tune. i wasn't impressed.

they are cool in a sense it's a supercharger.. Point number #2 i was expecting more from it.
