For what im going through, this car better sound like the world is coming to an end...half a bottle of PB blaster, a damn near rounded off nut and two hours later the lower passenger side nut came off the manifold. i thought everything was going great when i got it connected and tightened down to both manifolds, ONLY to find out that the two pipes that connect to the catback are horribly misaligned. This was all last night. Tonight im getting ready to dismantle the catback to get everything to fit right... This is ridiculous, mac fitment sucks ass. Sad part is its not even my car. its my cousins 00 gt. This is the last mac product this family is going to buy. Should have just bought a bbk H and been done with it. Rant over

Maybe you just have no idea what your doing? Haha, just kidding. I had a damn hard time with the prochamber also. It aligned ALRIGHT, but its lying a little low. I gotta get under there and take apart my catback and see if I can make everything fit perfectly. The other problem I had was with those two pass. header bolts. THOSE ARE A BITCH. But I got everything on and am VERY happy with my set up.

I feel for you bro, I'm glad I decided not to get Prochamber...great sound and design, but poor quality. Magnaflow!

im on my back...but ive got the car pretty high and secure so thats really not a problem for me...

On my back also, if you think about it the prochamber is fine. The fitment may be a little off, but maybe thats because your catback is off too. The bitch about mid pipes is those two pass. header bolts. Once you get those off then its an easy install, until you gotta put em back on. The magnaflow catbacks also come in a bunch of pieces which makes it harder to fit it all together perfectly. But Ill tell you what, if you get a prochamber with magnapacks you NEVER look back!

everything is together, no leaks and sounds great. Still not sure if it was worth it though, considering it wasnt my car and putting it on was a favor to a cousin

I would probably agree that the mac products lack quality compared to other manufacturers when I was looking for pipes, I saw nothing but bad remarks about the BBK off road x. I heard they sit way too low and sound too "tinny". I put the mac o/r x on mine and it sounds pretty good. The hardest part was removing the stock pipes. A friend of mine at a race shop said they all prefer the bassani x because everything aligns perfectly and is very easy to weld up to other pipes. Better luck tonight!

To answer the question about the UPR pipe. Fitment was good, but it sits too low. I scrape speed bumps and such with my STOCK suspension, I am scared what's going to happen when I lower her next week. Other then that, good designed pipe, and smooth bends for a great price.
