I have a V1-STrim setup for a fox and want to know if anyone has tried putting a procharger front mount intercooler with this set up. Also is there any way to make the vortech blow of valve work as open atmosphere like procharger?

I don't think it would work unless you did custom piping. The vortech set-up puts the supercharger on the left side of the engine. Whereas, the procharger set-up puts it on the right side.

If you bought a piping kit from ebay Iam sure you could make it work. As for the blowoff valve you will need to swap over to a blow through mass air meter and mount the bov before the meter.

This thread might be better off in the power adder section of the forums. Would you like me to move it there?

you could do it, but its going to be alot of work, 1991vert has a novi 2k with a front mount, and he ended up mounting his intake backwards and running the pipe throught the washer resivior hole. If it was me i'd just get a procharger, the main problem is that you want to keep the bends to a minimum and the intake tube from the IC shoud be kept away from heat sources as much as possible, which is difficult when the intake and blower are on the same side of the engine
