It's leaking from where the intake clamps onto the charger.. It also appears to be leaking from the front underneath the charger--I think the second leak is from the drain plug, but if there is a common place near that let me know...

I've done alot of searching and I keep hearing I need to send it off to procharger and wait 6 weeks...That's out of the question...My guess is that it's just a seal I need to replace.. ....I'm sure a seal can't be THAT hard to replace...I know everything is balanced, so as long as I mark the position of the blade, etc with whiteout and respline everything the way it came apart I should be ok right? Where do I get seals? Can I just buy a reseal kit, or should I buy some sort of reman kit with bearings, etc??

Second leak is coming from my Moroso Intake breather...I'm not really to sure how to solve this leak???? It leaks out and burns off the exhaust, really looks bad when I turn my car off and have smoke coming from the rear of the cowl hood. Maybe buy a longer breather with an extension to prevent oil from splashing out??? I have already replaced the breather with the chrome head type that is suppossed to prevent this.

It could be leaking if it is overfilled.... I find that you do not need as much oil as ATI states, you'll find it is full with about 2oz less. If it is overfilled it will puch out the oil. A little liquid teflon sometimes is needed on the lower drain plug, very minimal amount. If the seal is leaking it is best to send it to ATI, and it usually takes less then 6 weeks, just give them a call.

Now if you do not have a baffle installed underneath your breather that is your issue, it need a baffle to deflect the oil from shooting right up at the breather, If your getting a fine mist an old trick was to put a sweatband made for your wrist around it.

I have no baffle. The gromett with just the breather snuggly installed with a clamp. No baffle so I'll run to the performance store next week and pick one up.

I'll also try the teflon tape. I didn't even check ATI's specs. I filled it until the fluid was at the full mark. I don't really want any more down time than a weekend, so I guess I"ll just have to keep a close eye on the fluid and send it off to ATI this fall. Hopefully the seal doesn't blow out by then. (If this even happens)

Thanks for the response.

are you sure it is the blower oil leaking out? or is it motor oil? if you have bad engine blow by oil can work its way into the intake and then the bypass valve will blow it into the inlet of the charger

I'm glad you mentioned this. I pulled the pipe going to the TB off and found quite a bit of carb and oil build up in the intake.. I also found SOME oil build up in the air induction pipe going into the TB. I went about two feet back from the TB and removed another clamp and found still a LITTLE oil build up at the bottom of the hose. I've found that I do have SOME blow by, but I highly doubt that it's enough to make it thru the intercooler back thru the supercharger and out the other side.
Guess now I get to do a compression/wet compression test and see how much blow by I really have...Honestly, I don't think its anything to be worried about, but we'll see....I'm still guessing that it's the seal leaking on the procharger, but I will check those hoses again after my next track visit to see if there is any fresh oil in the air induction system.
