procharger p-1sc 302 bracket on a 351????

I have a P-1SC w/ac bracket on my 302. When i get back from Iraq i plan to drop a 351 in its place and I'm trying to find out whether or not the bracket will bolt onto my 351 or if i need to get another one. Does the bracket bolt solely to the waterpump studs or to the studs and head. Being im in the Iraq I cant go out to my garage and look Help Thanks
