Here is the info:
Novi 2000 Supercharger:

1/2" Thick Billet Aluminum Bracket,Cast Aluminum Discharge Tube, Fuel Control Unit, In-tank Fuel Pump, Programmed Computer Chip, K&N Air Filter
By-Pass Valve,Oil Lines, Radiator Tube Relocation, All hardware and Fasteners, Instruction Manual -

Boost: 8-10 psi
34% HP Gain
30% Torque Gain - http://www.paxtonauto.com/catalog/systems.asp?Action=GetPart&Part=1001813

ProCharger P-1SC
the same as the Novi system as far as hardware, except for the oil lines (no need on a self contained unit) and the radiator tube relocator (doesnt need one)

Boost: 10, 12 psi
HP Gain: 70-80% w/ 3 core intercooler - http://www.procharger.com/automotive.shtml - im thinking this might be a little less though since your on a 96

Those are the numbers per the manufacturer websites.. you should really contact both companies and speak to technicians as to the HP gains you should get. The power these companies claim is with the test conditions being absolutely perfect, so they do have a POTENTIAL of making their claimed power. But the odds of that happening at the boost level they describe are unlikely. Call the tech lines :nice:

Yeah, that makes sense. I guess I was thinking about cobra heads B heads, oh well never mind. But I think that you should still get 35-40% over what you would have N/A right? I mean if you started with 200 rwhp you should be in the 280 range even with non PI heads, and if you had PI heads to begin with and had 240 rwhp you'll still see the same percentage increase...right? Or are the non PI heads that restrictive? If they are it seems to me that the first power mod that a 96-98 gt should make would be a new set of heads.

ATI HAS A 3 CORE INTERCOOLER- PAXTON http://www.paxtonauto.com/catalog/systems.asp?Action=GetPart&Part=1001834-1 HAS ONE AND IT WORKS VERY GOOD- IT IS 2x THE SIZE OF THE ATI

for the cost of the paxton with cooler (almost 4900) you can get PI heads w/ cams and a PI intake(intake 250, patriot heads w/ cams 1695, no core charge), along with the procharger (mine was 3350). My 3 core takes up the whole front of my car so i cant imagine the paxton being that much larger. For 400 more you can open up the heads which will result in huge power gains.

Paxton

Men the best is a Paxton Novi 2000, you may ask why, Well i have several reasons to think that Paxton novi is better than a Procahrger, of course it all depends off hoy much money do you have for do your mods...If you have enough money to replace you internals for some Forged Internals and reforce your crankshaft then you go for the Procharger, coz Stock mustang block cant hold +400Hp for long time and the power you are gonna get with an procharger is gonna be between 400-420HP depends on your other mods.

Instead the Paxton novi wont give you this problem you can install it whit a gain about 370-380hp and still have stock internals without problem for long time, the paxton novi is also easier for change hoy many Psi are blowing the charger soo you can have low Psi for daily and when you wanna go to the track you change hoy many psi easier and have your 12low car, anyway they are both centrifugals chargers and you will feel the gain from 2500rpm ahead.

By the way is you are gonna get a Procharger and need to replace internals a other few things, then better go for a turbo kit :D 600Hp dayli driver :D extremely nice
