Procharger vs. Saleen

I am debating between the two. The Saleen has a lot less boost so it's safer, but Procharger makes more power, delivers high 11 e.t.'s, and I want to use CDC's shaker system which I can do with the Procharger, but I don't think it will fit on the Saleen. So my questions are 1. Is there any possible way I can put the shaker on the Saleen and 2. With a Saleen supercharger, what will my e.t.'s be?

thanks

Saleen is more efficent and you adjust the boost to have as much power if not more than the Procharger. This engine has its limits and without major modifications 475 rwhp is the max...after that it's your wallet.

the shaker will yeild little or no results on a n/a car and even less on an FI one. I'm also suprised that it will work with the Procharger, as they usually use a large filter and short pipe to the blower then intercooler then intake manifold.

If you want the shaker I would stay away from FI, or vice versa.

Ultimatley a centrifugal can probably produce slightly more high rpm power, but not by much. A twin screw will produce more low end grunt than the procharger.

With the same bhp level they will offer similar results. Just deliver the power differently.

ya I know the shaker would have less than 5 hp, but it looks so cool, that's why I want it. Go to CDC's site and they have a picture of the shaker installed with a porcharger.

you can't put the cdc shaker hood on a car with the saleen blower.

e.t.'s with traction could be in the high 12's. a bigger pully & fuel injectors, slicks you got high 11's.
