PROCHARGER Wastegate/Boost Question

Okay hey guys.. I have a 2001 Mustang GT I just recently installed the Procharger kit with the 3 Core intercooler and a 8lb pulley, got the upgraded injectors and all... here is my problem.. car is only boostin like 3 or 4 psi.. and there is a "cricket" type whistle sound like coming from the wastegate.. something is wrong.. and we cant figure it out? Any ideas on what could be casuing the low boost and maybe a way to show how the wastegate should be connected and all?? Any help with work thanx guys.

either the bypass is leaking boost or you forgot to tap a vacuum hookup for it. the stock Procharger bypass flutters on decel and is loud... mine is annoying and going to be upgraded to the race version as soon as funds allow.
